The Ski School Pitztal will try to provide our guests an impressive winter experience in the upcoming winter season. To protect the health and safety of our guests and employees, we have prepared the following measures and recommendations.

 

Outdoor Sport | Keep the distance

In general skiing is taking place in the nature, where the risk of infection will be less. We are trying the best to keep the minimum distance to everyone.

Online booking

To reduce the stay in one of our Ski School Offices, please book your courses online or send a request per email. Then the meeting point will be straight outside.

To the online shop

Safety vest

To avoid a stay in our Office, the safety west will be given straight from the Instructor to the kids at the meeting point. The ski instructor then collects the € 5 deposit fee.

Please only one person per family / group to take care of the formalities

Extension fo the meeting points

The meeting points will be extended to keep the distance easily.

Groupe size

To keep the distance during the group lessons easily, the size will be reduced. We'll also try not to mix the groups during the week.

We will try to be as flexible as possible so that our guests can take part in the ski courses. Once again, we strongly recommend online booking in advance!

Bambini lessons

For the 3-4 year old kids the courses will be divided in 2 hour lessons during the morning and in the afternoon

Lift facilities

Please follow the Covid-19 rules of the lift companies.

Guests wit symtpoms of illness

When symptoms of illness appear, especially Covid-19 symptoms, it is not possible to take part in the ski course. We ask for your understanding! This is the only way we can protect each other.

Possibilty to cancel

Booked courses can be canceled free of charge due to Covid-19 (Travel Warning, Closing of the border, Lockdown of the destination country, verifiable Covid-19 disease) regardless of our usual cancellation terms. Provided that these resolutions only come into force after the booking.

We ask for your understanding that there is a one-time fee of  € 10 for cancellations of online bookings.

Safety for our employees

Our employees will implement and agree our Covid-19 recommendations for you responsibly. We assure to use all possibilities in terms of security!

Hygiene | cleaning

Our facilities (ski school offices, warm-up room, Kinderland, practice areas, etc.) are constantly cleaned and disinfected. Hygiene and cleaning plan for the ski school offices (disinfectant for incoming and outgoing guests and snow sports instructors). We ask our guests to wear mouth-nose protection in all indoor areas.

Ski race with award ceremony

Our guest ski race will take place weekly on Friday as usual. The start intervals are increased in order to avoid possible congestion in the start and finish area. The award ceremony is held outdoor within the group.

Alternatives with distance

As alternatives with distance, we suggest to our offers of private lessons, snowshoeing and ski tours.

Private lessons

The capacity for private lessons will be increased. We recommend again online booking or request per email.

Measures appropriate to the situation

All measures can be changed appropriate to the situation to protect our guests and employees. We ask our guests for their understanding!
